1. Click "Packages & Shipments"
2. Select the "Package ID' you wish to cancel/edit Special Request
3. Click on "Special Request"
4. At the bottom part of "Special Request" you will see the section where you can edit/cancel a Special Request service.
*Please keep in mind that once the status is changed to "In progress" or "Finished", you will not be able to cancel/edit any Special Request.
