How to request Third Party Pickup
1.Click Packages and Shipments
2. Click Package ID
3.Click Special Request
4.Click Pick up by 3rd Party ( If this is not activated for you, please contact us to activated this for you).
5. Fill in the person's name who will be picking up the package (or carrier, yourself)
5.After filling up the person's name who will be picking up click Continue.
This action tells us, who will pick up your package and when. You might also attach documents for shipments (e.g. invoices, labels).
You can calculate Third-Party Pickup fee (manipulation fee, based on the volume) here.
Wait for the email announcing "Package ready to collect"
