How to request for Split package

1. Click Packages and Shipments

2.Click package ID

3. Click Special Request

4. Then Click Split package.

5. Fill in Instruction how to split your package.

6. Then Click Continue

Please be noted we might charge "Package repacking" fee if you will have only products there and you will need us pack them AND if it will be more than 5 products (it's free of charge for less than 5 items).
