Balance refund

You can ask us to refund your balance. We will refund the money to the original source - it's not allowed to send it to another person.

Please note

  • there is no expiration date for your balance; you can keep it on your account indefinitely for further use
  • credit can be refunded only if you don't have any packages on our premises

 

The refund process depends on the original payment method; please see below.

 

PayPal

Please get in touch with us at cs@tiptrans.com (from your email address used on Tiptrans) and write us the PayPal address you've used to TOP UP. Once confirmed, we will reverse that payment, and there is no fee on our side to do it. Kindly note we won't be able to refund the PayPal fee you've paid, as PayPal considers those fees non-refundable.

 

Card payment (Stripe)

Please get in touch with us at cs@tiptrans.com (from your email address used on Tiptrans) and write us the last four digits of the card you've used to TOP UP. Once confirmed, we will reverse that payment, and there is no fee on our side to do it. Kindly note we won't be able to refund the Stripe fee you've paid, as Stripe considers those fees non-refundable.

 

Bank Transfer

Use the "Local payment" service to transfer your money to your account. Please write a note it's a Balance refund case, so we won't charge you 5% as we usually do for Local payments (but we still charge the service fee, as for us, it's a bank transfer like any other).

 

Bitcoin & Western Union

We are not able to refund BTC or make a WU transfer, but you can use the "Local payment" service in such cases.
