Shipping Items with Batteries

We can ship devices with built-in / installed batteries from all our warehouses, including China, Hong Kong, the Czech Republic, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Available shipping methods depend on the destination and whether your shipment travels by air or ground.

Air Shipping — important restriction

By air, only batteries that are installed / integrated in a device are allowed.

• Allowed by air: batteries installed inside the device (for example a laptop, phone, or power bank with a built-in battery).
• Not allowed by air: standalone, loose, or spare batteries (including a spare laptop battery packed separately, spare cells, or batteries shipped without the device).

If your shipment contains standalone / loose / spare batteries, it cannot go by air. Do not send such batteries to our warehouse expecting air shipping.

For devices with batteries installed inside, air shipping is possible under these conditions:

• A maximum of two batteries per shipment, installed in the devices.
• UPS and FedEx are the only available carriers for these air shipments.

These conditions apply to all our warehouses.

Ground Shipping Within the EU and Between the UK and the EU

For ground shipments within the EU or between the UK and the EU, there are no battery restrictions, including the two-battery limit that applies to air shipments. Standalone batteries may be possible by ground only where ground service is available — ask us before shipping if you need this.

Check Before Sending Your Items to Us

If you are unsure whether your items qualify for air shipping, please contact us before sending your package to our warehouse. We can confirm the available options and help you avoid unexpected costs.

Please provide:

• A description of the items you want to ship.
• Whether each battery is installed in a device or standalone / spare.
• The battery type, quantity, and capacity.
• The destination country.
• The manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS / MSDS), if available.

Please Remember

Air = installed batteries only. Standalone / loose / spare batteries are not allowed by air.

Always declare batteries accurately when providing your package details. Undeclared batteries may result in your shipment being rejected or returned, with additional costs.
