Shipping Items with Batteries

We can ship devices with built-in batteries from all our warehouses, including China, Hong Kong, the Czech Republic, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Available shipping methods depend on the destination and whether your shipment travels by air or ground.

Air Shipping

Items with batteries installed inside the device can be shipped by air under the following conditions:

• A maximum of two batteries per shipment, installed in the devices.
• UPS and FedEx are the only available carriers for these shipments.

These conditions apply to all our warehouses. Loose batteries and spare batteries packed alongside a device are not covered by this service.

Ground Shipping Within the EU and Between the UK and the EU

For ground shipments within the EU or between the UK and the EU, there are no battery restrictions, including the two-battery limit that applies to air shipments.

Check Before Sending Your Items to Us

If you are unsure whether your items qualify, please contact us before sending your package to our warehouse. We can confirm the available shipping options and help you avoid unexpected costs.

Please provide:

• A description of the items you want to ship.
• The battery type, quantity, and capacity.
• The destination country.
• The manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS, also known as MSDS), if available.

For standalone batteries or shipments that do not meet the conditions above, please contact us in advance so we can check whether a suitable shipping option is available.

Always declare batteries accurately when providing your package details. Undeclared batteries may result in your shipment being rejected or returned, with additional costs.
