Each customer can have only one shipping address at this moment. However, we understand you might need to change it, in this case, please contact us via the contact form and send us
Your FULL current address (we need to verify you have access to the account which is supposed to change)
Your FULL NEW address (include PHONE).
Our operators will check those data and change the shipping address.
Important
- If you are using Paypal as a payment method we require your Paypal Shipping Address will be the same as Tiptrans address. Therefore if you have any PayPal balance on your account and you are willing to change your shipping address, we will first need to refund such balance. Please read more here about Tiptrans and Paypal. If you use another payment method you are fine, there are no limitations on this.
- The new address should be your new PERMANENT address, we will not proceed with the change in case you only need to change it temporarily for a single shipment
- We do not allow for the "permanent" address to be other forwarder's address, PO BOX, etc.
- We allow only 1 address change in 6 months.

I want ship package to a different address
For this purpose, we have a Drop Shipping service, which can be ordered directly from your account. You will be able to set different addresses for each package. Open your package (click on ID), go to Special Request and select Drop Shipping. This feature also might require our permission (and we will disable PayPal as a payment method because we can not ship to other than your address if you use Paypal). Just contact us for more details if you are interested.
